These pages provide information about the Gallantry Awards and Medals awarded
to members of the Fleet Air Arm, for gallantry during campaigns or military
service in time of war. Almost all gallantry awards are published in the
official Government newspaper, the London Gazette or, where appropriate, in its
Colonial or Dominion equivalent.

personnel by the RAF will only be held under the RAF records and that British
