Wynne-Roberts, DRM Mid, Keeley, MGC Sub Lt, and L/A WM Brown  TAG 829 sqdn albacore. Failed to return to HMS Formidable after a  torpedo attack on Massawa. All taken  POW on 18.2.41.  POW  All were released after Massawa was re-taken by the Allies.

Keene-Miller, JM Cdr, Commander Flying at RNAS Lee-on-Solent, flying  a 808 sqdn a/c, FTR 7.6.1944 to Lee on Solent. Was shot down by Bf109s over Normandy. Taken POW the day after D-Day.  German POW  1945

Myles, D Sub Lt, Keep, AP Sub Lt, Griffon, HCG L/A TAG 827 albacore sqdn. FTR after Kirkenes raid, shot down in torpedo attack on ships anchored in Bokfjord, crashed East of Reinoy. All taken POW 30.7.41. The albacore (N4389) tail was salvaged to the FAA Museum 1984.  German POW 1945

Kemspon, NH Sub Lt and Manning, JC Sub Lt 826 albacore sqdn. FTR Hal Far 11.12.1942, force landed in sea. Manning, JC Sub Lt killed and Kempson rescued after surviving in dinghy for 9 days. Found 51 miles southeast of Malta, picked up from dinghy by HMS Hebe 9 days later.  POW?

Kiddell, EB Sub Lt and Burt, HWV L/A 825 swordfish sqdn. On 2.7.1940 FTR shot down over Schiphol during attack on barges at Rotterdam. Burt, HWV L/A was killed and EB Kiddell taken POW.  German POW  1945
