Lamb, CB Lt and Sub Lt JM Robertson 830 swordfish sqdn. On a secret mission from Hal Far, 16/17.9.1941, to drop a secret agent in Tunisia. Aircraft nosed up in dry salt lake. Lamb and Robertson both interned by the French. French POW

Took part in Operation Dukedom, 15.5.1945, attack on a Japanese cruiser in Malacca Strait, engine hit, lost oil, and then ditched in the Andaman sea. Burns, JGV Sub Lt and Robinson, GH Sub Lt both taken POW, and Murley, AR PO killed.

Burns, JR Sub Lt, Roebuck, DV Sub Lt, and PO I Barker TAG 849 sqdn avenger, 29.1.1945. FTR from Palembang on Operation Meridian II, during a raid on Songei Gerong oil refinery. The aircraft was shot down, and seen trying to force land, smoking, into the jungle. All crew survived and were taken POW by the Japanese Changi prison 

All executed by the Japanese 15.8.1945

Hit by flak at 4000ft in thsi anti-shipping sortie, managed to carry out a controlled landing near the enemy convoy, with LR lank on fire, half mile from shore, south of Skutneset, Fleina (South of Bodo).  German POW  1945

Roberts, HJH Sub Lt 1834 corsair sqdn, FTR 1.4.1945 in attack on Hirara and Ishigaki airfields, Sakishima Gunto. The Corsair was hit in port oil cooler in low level attack. Roberts made a force landing after 18 miles, normal ditching. The pilot was seen in dinghy but not picked up by allied forces [pow?/killed]  POW?

Robertson was picked up by a fishing vessel,  at Maarnesskagen, norway. Returned to Norway and taken POW by German authorities..  German POW  1945
